Hi Lisa,

Yes I am in Colorado and, like you, I'm a huge fan of coffee shops and travel. But when I'm not on the road or enjoying my local coffee joint, I am a lifelong convert to cold-brewed coffee. I mix up a batch of cold-brew about every other month and then use that for my hot coffee in the morning & iced coffee on summer afternoons.

I'm curious, with all your travels, have you seen many coffee houses serving cold-brewed coffee. I know of one place in Lyons, CO that serves cold-brew, but that's about it.

Hi Kevin! I love the idea of a liquid concentrated, cold-brewed coffee. My first experience with this was in Corvalis, OR. It was an easy option for drinking good coffee while traveling on the road, camping, etc. Are you in Colorado?

Thanks Elly, although it may have originated in another city I don't believe it is a franchise or chain. Please correct me if that isn't accurate. Yay for independent business! ~Lisa
